iLOQ appoints chief financial officer

Finnish digital lock specialist iLOQ has appointed Timo Pirskanen as chief financial officer (CFO) and member of iLOQ’s management team as of 7 September.
Before joining iLOQ, Pirskanen worked as the CFO of flexible residential provider Adapteo.
'We are very excited that Timo is joining our growing team – at this stage in our development. He has a varied experience in the manufacturing industry and strong background in financial management, change management and corporate finance and M&A,' said Heikki Hiltunen, iLOQ’s president and CEO.
Prior to Adapteo, Pirskanen held the CFO role at Kotipizza (2015–2019), and was vice president, investor relations at Rautaruukki (2011–2015). He also worked at Deutsche Bank in equity analysis management in Finland (2004–2011).
Pirskanen spent the early part of his career in corporate finance and venture capital.
